Description
This dress has never been worn or altered, except for trying it on once when I picked it up. It was purchased/picked up November 2022. When I purchased this dress, I was told that I could have sleeves added but with the cost of the sleeves and alterations to have them added, it is better that I just find a dress that already has sleeves.
