Sunny + Emile tied the knot on a gorgeous day in July at the Providence G in Rhode Island. I had the honor of not only dressing Sunny for her wedding day but attending the wedding, too! Sunny married into my family by marrying my cousin Emile. I had an absolute blast working with her and I’m extremely lucky to gain her as a cousin. Not only was Sunny an extremely pleasant bride to work with she’s got a heart of gold and is an amazing person all around. You’re great too, Emile! ;)
Sunny chose a gorgeous gown designed by the one & only, Casablanca Bridal. She really had her heart set on wearing a gown with subtle blush tones. I clearly remember her trying on several pretty styles but it was quite obvious that she found ‘the one’ when she got into the Casablanca style. Since the gown originally didn’t have a true blush tone we made a special custom request. Casablanca was able to switch out the skirt color of her gown to a beautiful perfecting satin in a subtle blush tone. It was the perfect hint of blush. Ahh, so pretty!
Sunny also selected bridesmaid styles from Ve’Lace Bridal. She went with geometric designed gowns by Mori Lee and the girls looked absolutely stunning.
Let’s chat more about the wedding! So not only did Emile and Sunny get married on a roof top (LOVE!) they also had a belly dancer for entertainment! Commonly seen in my culture, the belly dancer balanced a sword on her head (I swear, check out the photos below) and even Emile and Sunny did it too (they were actually pretty good at it, surprisingly). Besides the photo booth, yummy cake with dinosaurs as cake toppers, and amazing music, it was the perfectly romantic yet fun and carefree wedding. The wedding truly matched their souls and personalities and was completely wrapped in love.
