Kaitlin’s journey as a Ve’Lace Bride began in April of 2025, when she walked through our doors in search of her perfect dress. Even though she had been shopping before, Kaitlin had not had ‘the feeling’ just yet. Little did she know, she was about to say yes to her dream gown surrounded by her closest family and friends.
Kaitlin knew she wanted her gown to emulate romance, delicate and flowy with a hint of lace and sparkle, just enough to make her feel bridal but still like herself. Our expert stylist Lilli knew just the gown to pull – Allure Bridals style A1108. Style A1108 was everything Kaitlin had dreamed of, plus worlds more. A soft aline style, complete with a rounded square neckline and dainty straps, A1108 made Kaitlin feel like the most beautiful version of herself. The gown, covered in expertly appliqued floral lace, with a touch of pearlescent beading and sparkling sequins, checked all the boxes, making it perfect for Kaitlin’s intimate November ceremony. She even opted for the Rose/Lavender colorway, which allowed the lace to stand out and coordinated beautifully with her wedding colors – soft pinks and blues. She paired her dress with an elegant fingertip length veil by designer Giselle Bridals. The veil, finished with an edge of clear beads in a soft champagne color, complemented Kaitlin’s gown perfectly and created an elegant and whimsical wedding day look.
After Kaitlin said yes to the dress, we had the pleasure to work with her sister and maid of honor Christa to find her dress. Working with store manager Ryan, Christa, accompanied by the bride and their mother, landed on style K278019X by designer Jade Couture. Kaitlin chose to have her bridesmaids and mother in a beautiful light pink color, which made our job all too easy! Style K278019X, a stunning off-the-shoulder aline gown came in the most irresistible shade of pink, made even more perfect by the sumptuous mikado fabric the gown is constructed from. When Christa’s gown arrived in the store, the entire team was in awe of how gorgeous the color was in person! We wished we could keep it for the store as it was so unique and girly!
Both Kaitlin and Christa had their beautiful gowns altered with our in-house alterations team made up of store owner Shadia and our master seamstress Alcinda. Throughout the alterations process, both women were a joy to work with, fully trusting us to make sure their gowns fit like a dream. Once the week of the wedding finally came around, both dresses fit absolutely perfectly, and had looked like they were never even touched, thanks to Shadia and Alcinda’s tireless work. All steamed and packed, Kaitlin and Christa headed down to Chatham to prepare for Kaitlin’s big day!
On November 14th 2025, Kaitlin said ‘I Do’ to her fiance, now husband, Kevin in an intimate ceremony at the famous Chatham Bars Inn, in Chatham Massachusetts. Kaitlin and Kevin danced the night away in the historic Harbor View Room at CBI, surrounded by their closest family and friends, elated to share in the couple’s wedded bliss. The entire evening was the definition of picture-perfect elegance, captured by Wayne and the Love Days Photography Team. Hair and Makeup artist Michelle was in charge of the glam, and boy did she knock it out of the park! Her subtle yet elegant style exuded class, tying Kaitlin’s bridal look together. Florals by Meredith Fancy perfectly complimented the theme of the evening, with the hydrangeas paying homage the New England, as well as further emphasizing the romantic nature of both Kaitlin’s gown as well as the nuptials as a whole.
We are so grateful to Kaitlin and her family for allowing us at Ve’Lace Bridal to play such an important role in making sure her big day was all she dreamed it would be. We wish Kaitlin and Kevin a lifetime of happiness together, and we can not wait to see all that marriage has to hold for the newlyweds
